1. Introduction and Acceptance

Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Use of Services and Acceptable Conduct

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Create, use, or operate multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially;
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes using the Platform;
• Use the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

To participate in real-money gaming, you must fund your account by making a deposit using one of the payment methods available on the Platform. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits. sky123 does not charge fees for deposits, but reserves the right to implement deposit fees at its discretion with prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to an alternative method approved by sky123 in writing.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require you to provide identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other information reasonably requested by sky123 to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically occur within 24 to 48 hours following approval of the withdrawal request. sky123 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits and to require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

You may not withdraw funds derived from bonus credits until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds without completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKY123, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKY123'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. Funds left in closed accounts for more than 90 days may be subject to administrative fees.

sky123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information, prolonged account inactivity, or at our sole discretion for any other reason.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will endeavor to return any remaining account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to sky123, provided your account is in good standing and you have not violated these Terms in a manner that results in forfeiture of funds.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for any actions or proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by sky123.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and sky123 concerning the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder without sky123's prior written consent. sky123 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction and without notice to you.
